We are a land conservation company that works island wide in efforts to recycle green waste by supplying free compost to local farms through the means of tree work for commercial buildings, state parks, military installations, & high-end residential homes on Oahu.
Available positions include maintenance techs, tree climbers, arborist, cdl & non cdl drivers, sales & marketing, & basic level landscape crew.
All positions require a certain level of rigorous outdoor work. Some positions more than others, but at no point is any position an air-conditioned office job.
Starting pay varies from position to position and is determined by many factors. Havin said that, this is the type of company that is actively trying to pay all of our best crew members as much as possible without a salary cap so we can retain the best of the best. Health insurance & free benefits are free. If you're willing to put in some hustle & use your brain, it's very easy to break $100k your 1st year. The 1st interview is about 15 min face to face. The 2nd is a working interview that pays $200 same day. From there, starting pay is offered/negotiated with management.
