Responsibilities include:
Onboarding new customers and implementing small and medium scale IT projects. Troubleshooting, maintaining, and monitoring networks, and systems for our clients.
Applicants should have a strong knowledge of:
Network infrastructures: Managed network switches, firewalls, routers, wireless
Server Environments: Windows 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, 2019
Server/Desktop/Cloud Backups: Familiar with installing, configuring, restoring, and troubleshooting with various backup tools
Basic server administration, including add/remove users and groups, group policy management, configuration of file and share level permissions
Workstation Environments: Windows 8, 10, & 11
QuickBooks Support: Familiar with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting
Cloud services: Office 365
Virtual environments: VMWare, Hyper-V
Productivity Suites: MS Office 2010, 2013, 2016, 2021
Technical documentation practices
Knowledge of Connectwise a plus

Qualifications/Requirements:
If not a resident of Kaua'i, Hawaii, you must be willing to relocate
Must have valid driver's license and own a vehicle for use in travelling to/from clientele
Must have clean driving abstract and current auto insurance
Must have 3 years' experience directly relating to network and server administration
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, bend, crouch, or climb for extended periods of time
Full Time position Monday through Friday (7:30am - 4:00pm) with occasionally work after hours or on weekends
Background checks will be performed for all potential candidates
