### Responsibilities
Provide remote and on-site technical support for computer operating systems, firewalls, internet connectivity, and internal networking.
Troubleshoot email, web services, and domain service issues.
Assist in maintaining VoIP servers, virtual servers, collocation, and WAN networks.
Use clear communication and phone skills to guide end-users.
Ensure outstanding customer service and client satisfaction.
Dispatch to on-site jobs for computer support, VoIP installations, and cabling projects.
Stay updated with new technologies; be flexible for occasional nights/weekends (after-hours paid at 1.5x comp time).

### Requirements
Basic understanding of computer OS, firewall setup, internet connectivity, and networking.
Familiarity with internet technologies like email and web hosting.
Certifications (N+, CCNA, CISSP) a plus.
Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle for site visits.
Willingness to learn and work both independently and as part of a team.
