We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Tennis and Pickleball Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tennis and pickleball coaching and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging environment for players of all skill levels. This role involves teaching tennis and/or pickleball techniques, developing training programs, and promoting a love for the sport among participants. The Tennis and Pickleball Professional will also collaborate with other professionals to enhance the overall athletic experience at our facility. Maintaining a professional appearance at all times is required. Certification through the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) or Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) is advantageous. This position does not include housing or transportation. Northshore residents are preferred.
Skills Required: Strong knowledge of tennis and pickleball techniques, rules, and strategies.
Experience in coaching with an emphasis on behavior management.
Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and skill levels.
Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
Background in Tennis and/ or Pickleball.
Enthusiasm and passion for the game.
Ability to be creative during lessons or demonstrations.
Marketing skills to build clientele experiences.
