Spa Receptionist /concierge main responsibilities:
- Must have a friendly personality and positive attitude meeting and greeting hotel guests.
- Excellent customer service skills a must.
- Booking spa services for hotel guests.
- Checking in spa guests into the spa.
- Processing payments for spa services and retail sales. 10% sales commissions paid on all retail sales!
- Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment for spa guests.
- Locker Room Management.
