Maui Pilates StudioÂis looking for the right team member to help us grow our Pilates program and expand to the next chapter of our business.ÂIf you are someone who wants to be a part of a high functioning integrated team who works hard, loves being held to high standards, and haves a lot of fun doing it, then we want you.Â
We are seeking a Certified Pilates Instructor to round out our fantastic team and meet our growing demand to teach small group and private lessons.ÂOur team presently consists of fun, passionate, and driven individuals who all work cohesively together to make a difference in people's lives.ÂIf you are a Pilates instructor who is caring, friendly, willing to learn, and build relationships with potential and existing clients, youll be a great addition to our team.ÂThe ideal candidate will have a passion for Pilates and a passion for helping others improve their lives through the Pilates Method.ÂCandidates must haveÂconfidence in working with all level of clients to provide challenging Pilates classes in a safe manner.ÂWe are not looking for someone who wants to just show up, teach a class, and then leave.Â
This position is part-time so you can enjoy teaching without feeling overwhelmed by an overly demanding schedule. The right team member will teach 6-10 weekly small group lessons, private or semi private lessons as needed, andÂbe happy to sub classes as needed.
We already know the kind of transformation that a regular practice of Pilates brings to people's lives. We want to share that passion and knowledge with the Maui community.ÂFrom the clients very first phone call to their first Pilates class, our team works together to make the whole experience seamless and memorable.Â
REQUIREMENTS:
Current comprehensive Pilates Certification
Experience teaching Pilates group classes
Confidence and knowledge in working with a wide range of clients from all fitness levels, adolescents toÂseniors, and with various physical conditions and limitations
Willingness to continue their education and maintain their certification
Positive and motivational teaching style
Punctual, reliable and dedicated.
Passionate about Pilates.
Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills
CPR certified
Must be self insured
