Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healing and wellness, a strong knowledge of various massage techniques, and the ability to provide exceptional care to our clients. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a supportive, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional and therapeutic massage treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and other modalities as needed.
Conduct client assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plan and customize sessions based on individual needs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients.
Ensure excellent communication with clients to address concerns or preferences.
Promote the clinic’s services and products when appropriate.
Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Valid state certification or license as a Massage Therapist (required).
Previous experience in a massage therapy role (preferred).
Knowledge of various massage techniques, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
