As we recover from a long few years of family crisis, our small husband and wife team plus one part-time employee, in our first year as new parents, we are overhauling our business.
Because there is much growth potential and much to do, it is as if we are a start-up again.
The start-up stage of any business is often the most exciting. We are looking for one to two part-time hires to help us expand and grow.
We are Hawaii’s oldest certified organic farm and we farm, process and sell roasted Kona coffee and Turmeric/Olena. We are expanding our business, especially with more farm educational tours and visits and your help can grow our business!?
Your main duty will be as one of our tour guides; In smaller amounts of time per week you will be helping us build our social media, taking care of customer service inquiries, house and workspace organization/cleaning, farm maintenance.
You will learn about how coffee roasting works, Tasting and cupping, the ins and outs of tropical farming, harvesting and processing, turmeric farming, processing and harvesting, organic farming methods, and interesting facts about the most popular drink in the world.!
You will meet a lot of new people and families who travel globally to see our farm and taste our coffee.
And if you think you’re pretty funny or clever or just fun, you might receive extra tips and a lot of likes managing our social media :)

Expected time commitment, pay, and growth potential:
3-4 days a week to start, with half days anywhere from 4 to 6 hour days, give or take. We are somewhat flexible.
$20/Hour + Tips
There is room for bonuses, raises, and more hours, depending on the quality of your work and reliability.
Worker’s Comp insurance is included to start.
>>> First week will be the training week. This can be 3 days at 1 to 2 hours per day.
Training is unpaid but we will provide $100 flat cash amount and some fresh delicious coffee.

Previous experience as a:
tour guide,
barista,
social media creator,
house cleaner,
customer service,
and or farm labor - specifically using a chainsaw and using a weed whacker.
An eye for aesthetics
A strong sense of organization and cleanliness
Able to and likes to cook
Have your own tools
