Role Overview:
As a Sales Associate will develop and manage relationships with business-to-client (B2C) within your designated sales territory. You'll have the opportunity to build your own book of business while enjoying the rewards of weekly pay and weekly bonuses. Responsibilities:
Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Effectively present and sell AT&T products and services to consumers.
Account Management: Support clients to ensure satisfaction and continue to drive additional business.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
Territory Management: Efficiently manage your sales territory with the tools and support we provide.
Ideal Candidate:
Sales Experience: Previous outside sales or B2B/B2C experience is a plus, but not required.
Motivated & Driven: You are goal-oriented and enjoy working toward weekly and monthly sales targets.
Strong Communication Skills: You excel at building relationships and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-Starter: Independent and proactive in managing your sales territory.
