Job Type: Full-Time/Hourly (32 -40 hours per Week/ 3-4 days)
Location: Maui
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Representative to join our incredible team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. We hope to grow this role with you by building your confidence in our brand and eventually have you work independently to increase your earnings potential.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct product demonstration in various locations (local farmers market, event expo, Costco demos, and other in store demos.)
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and address enquiries and concern promptly.
Communicate sales report at the end of every shift.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a sales representative or similar role.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and be a part of collaborative team.
- Goal oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent in negotiating and closing skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license or mode of transportation.
- Must be able to legally work in the US
- Knowledge on the industry is a plus
High school diploma/GED or Higher preferred.
Must be able to lift/ carry 25 lbs.
Must have a reliable transportation vehicle
Compensation:
$16-$18/hr. Depending on experience. Plus 10% commission of sales
