Job Title: Assistant Manager for Self Storage Facility
About Us: We are a storage facility located in the historic Ammunition Bunkers above Pearl Harbor, in the Waikele area. We have been in operation since 2003 serving the west side and are one of the largest Uhaul Dealers on the island.
Job Description: Join our team as an Assistant Manager/Manager in Training specializing in minor sales and storage unit rentals. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate within a team while being self-motivated to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
Assist customers with storage unit rentals and guide them through the process.
Conduct minor sales transactions, promoting additional services as needed.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, handling multiple tasks with precision.
Maintain an organized workspace to ensure quick access to necessary resources.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
Data entry and note collection on Customer accounts.
Assist with Uhaul Truck Rentals.
Supervise small staff, and keep schedules.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service and sales is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
Capability to work both as a team player and independently.
Management or Supervisory experience.
