Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Salesperson & Estimator to join our team at Fuse Hawaii Air Conditioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for customer service, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to provide accurate estimates for the installation and replacement of AC systems for both residential and commercial clients.

As a representative of our company, you’ll need to maintain a professional appearance, communicate effectively, and build lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Consultations:

Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand their HVAC needs.

Provide expert advice on AC system options, including installation, replacement, and energy-efficient solutions.

2. Estimating and Proposals:

Conduct on-site assessments to gather information for accurate estimates.

Prepare and present detailed and transparent proposals outlining costs for equipment, materials, and labor.

3. Sales and Relationship Management:

Follow up with potential clients promptly and maintain a positive, professional relationship.

Close sales by clearly explaining benefits, warranties, and financing options.

4. Brand Representation:

Maintain a professional appearance: well-dressed, groomed, and smelling fresh.

Use positive body language and a friendly tone to build trust and confidence with clients.

Represent Fuse Hawaii Air Conditioning with integrity and enthusiasm at all times.

5. Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on the latest HVAC products, technology, and energy-efficient solutions.

Attend training sessions to enhance sales techniques and technical knowledge.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven track record in HVAC sales and estimating (2+ years preferred).

Experience with both residential and commercial projects.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create clear, detailed, and accurate estimates.

Problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation processes.

Familiarity with estimating software and CRM tools.

Well-groomed, nicely dressed, and mindful of personal hygiene.
