Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Resolve any customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail to detail and organizational abilities
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Passion for seafood and knowledge of different varieties a plus
- Ability to multitask and work well with others
