RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION SALES
JOB DUTIES
Promptly initiate/answer/return customer calls.
Schedule/perform site visits. Gather necessary photos, elevations, data and other relevant information to write proposal.
Promptly prepare detailed proposals that accurately reflect work to be performed.
Oversee projects from start to completion.
Maintain projects within budget and schedule.
Procure and coordinate all engineering, permitting and close-outs as applicable.
Immediately address owner concerns before/during/after the project as they arise.
General organization and record keeping of job functions.
Participate in team meetings and discussions.
Be professional, productive and a team player.
Maintain excellent communications and relations with all employees, customers and vendors at all times.
Participate and help develop a marketing and sales program.
Supervise employee production and counsel toward improved efficiency.
Frequently communicate with Team regarding project challenges/improvements.
Promote our services and establish relationships with engineers and contractors.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years’ experience in construction sales.
Excellent understanding of foundation construction and engineering.
Highly driven and very self-motivated.
Superior leadership skills.
Proficient with MS Office Word and Excel.
Proficient with scheduling and project management software (CRM).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Proven experience with closing sales.
Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Specific understanding of foundation repair, foundation drilling (micropiles, push piers, helical piers, drilled piles), structural framing, concrete spall repair and retaining wall repair.
Degree in business, construction, management, or related field.
Prior industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of relevant trends.
JOB TYPE: Full Time
PAY: Base plus commission, typical range is $155,000 - $210,000 per year
