Requirements :
The ideal candidate will have 3 years in the green industry.
Specific Qualifications:
Certified Arborist or willing to work towards obtaining certification
Hands on knowledge of trees, insect, diseases
Attention to detail
Motivated, high energy with a can do attitude
Strong listening skills
Clean driver’s license
Strong leadership
Responsibilities: SALES
Responsible for all areas of sales including selling, marketing, customer service and other non-selling tasks including, but not limited to, administration, production and training.
Sets up personal sales expectations with immediate supervisor and prepares to meet these goals.
Prepares estimates for clients and potential customers.
Continually prospects for new business.
ADMINISTRATION: Enters proposals for clients, prospects and crews.
Complies with company policy and Office Procedures Manual when completing necessary paperwork.
PERSONNEL Supervises work to be performed, ensuring jobs are completed per the signed contract and to the clients satisfaction.
Takes an active role in tailgate safety meetings.
Acquires and maintains all necessary licensing and certification.
Dresses appropriately for various work and selling situations.
Strives to maintain a positive, professional relationship with production and office personnel.
