Pay Range: $31,200 - $35,360 + commission
Job Summary:
The Accessories Sales and Administration Associate is responsible for supporting accessory sales efforts while providing key administrative assistance to the sales department and dealership leadership. This role involves presenting accessory options to guests, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, tracking rebates, and preparing reports to support performance goals. In addition to sales functions, the associate assists with documentation, communication, and general administrative tasks that help streamline operations and enhance efficiency across the dealership. This position plays a vital role in both maximizing accessory sales and maintaining smooth day-to-day support for the team.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Guide guests through accessory options before meeting with the Business Manager, helping them make confident decisions.
Stay current on all accessory offerings and pricing for Hyundai, Genesis, and Tony Group brands.
Set and track monthly accessory sales goals and support the sales team to exceed them.
Process and submit rebate documentation accurately and on time.
Prepare sales reports and assist with new vehicle documentation.
Follow up with new car guests regarding license plates and gather feedback on their experience.
Support event planning, make confirmation calls, and manage materials and updates.

Proven experience in recruitment or human resources.

Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Education and Experience:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of two years of similar experience including administration or sales.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Occasionally need to move around the office for meetings and events.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
