Security Shift Supervisor (Relief for All Shifts)
Full Job Description:
Full-time Security Shift Supervisor wanted for AOAO Island Colony. High Rise Mixed-Use busy condominium complex in Waikiki. Must be a leader, dependable, work independently, be a team player, have good communication skills, a positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to lead, set the example, and be a part of a dynamic team!
Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Security Shift Supervisor position provides direct supervision and leadership for the security officers/staff on duty for all shift(s) and ensures the safety of owners, residents, guests, tenants, and employees and ensures that the day-to-day operations, policies, and procedures are adhered to under the supervision of AOAO Management.
Preserve the quiet and safe enjoyment for residents, guests, owners, and staff.
Follow standards, policies & procedures and ensure implementation.
Prepare and maintain reports and records regarding all property incidents.
Written daily shift logs and reports, photo documentation and camera surveillance.
Log all visitors, contractors, vendors and guest to ensure all are properly registered.
Communicate with tenants, residents, and owners regarding covenants, rules and violation notices.
Enforcement of house rules (issue warnings, and citations for rule violators).
Work with site vendors and contractors and respond to their needs/requests for follow up.
Able to accomplish light maintenance items as needed in conjunction with Maintenance and Utility staff
Work with first responders during emergency situations.
Important to be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
Be flexible to cover open shifts if needed and available to work all shifts including day, swing, and grave shift, on weekends, and holidays.
Other duties as directed by AOAO Management.
EXPERIENCE:
At least 3+ years of leadership or supervisory roles in security and or customer service experience at a large residential, commercial, multi-unit residential community or military
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Must be bondable with no previous record of criminal arrest and conviction. Must have an active and certified Guard Card. Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check, drug test, and past employment verification with active and valid Identification and Driver’s License. Must be able to obtain and maintain certification in First Aid, AED, and CPR. Must be able to work on various computer systems including CCTV, Property Management, Fire/Emergency Systems and proficient in using MS Microsoft Office Systems.

COMPENSATION:
Starting at $21/hour with increase after 90-day probation
