Seeking someone to help with security / protection; house cleaning; and doing errands in your car (gas money reimbursed).
You will receive a 1099 tax form at the end of the year. You are responsible for paying taxes on all monies earned.
Shift is approximately six to seven hours each night. You can work seven days a week or less. If you do less days per week, we prefer you are willing to just work for us; not required.
Job hours are between 7PM to 1AM. There are opportunities for additional hours, depending on your skills. Be flexible to come earlier, stay later, in case of a situation.
There have been a few violent incidents which we do not want to escalate. Thus, we are seeking someone to work security around our home. The neighborhood is very quiet the majority of the time. Instead of just sitting around, we would like you to help us with housecleaning / domestic work during your work shift. If you only want to act as bodyguard / protection officer, I will consider your request depending on your experience, licenses, and training. It's very important that you have good social skills. We are seeking someone that will be kind and cooperative around the family you are protecting.
This job has one elderly patient that is immune-compromised (non-contagious) and at high risk to viruses. The ideal person must have low contact exposure to other people.
The house is close to the Waikiki-Kapahulu library, the zoo, and the Kapahulu Rainbow Drive Inn.

Plenty of street parking available. Taking the bus is not acceptable at this time (due to coronavirus hazards).
About us: work will be for two people: an elderly female patient and her adult son. Because the patient is a health risk, we are looking for someone that will follow the highest level of social distancing practices. If you live with other people, then everyone (that is eligible) in your household is vaccinated and following the same high level of social distancing.
Pay is $40 per hour. Evening hours.
