Responsibilities:
- Lead the small-batch (5-gallon) production of eco-friendly cleaning products, ensuring each batch meets our high standards of quality and sustainability.
- Utilize your chemistry background to refine and innovate product formulations.
- Handle raw material inventory and finished product stock with precision.
- Uphold and advocate for stringent safety and environmental practices.
Requirements:
- Hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Bring experience in chemical formulation or product development to the table, ideally within the cleaning product sector.
- Demonstrate a firm understanding of chemical handling safety protocols.
- Show capacity for independent, detail-oriented work.
- Be located on the Big Island of Hawaii.
