- Manage Local Network including 15 desktops, 5 printers, 1 server (plus backup server), Virtual Machines, NAS Units, Routers and Switches, firewall, and accessories (all Windows environment)
- Update and modify company website (WordPress)
- Update and build companies SharePoint site
- Manage Exchange Server
- Manage local systems software (install, update, diagnose problems)
- SEO and SEM
- Research and implement software to improve productivity
- Manage local 3CX VOIP phone system
- Assist with print advertising
- This person would report directly with the General Manager. Requirements:
- Experience with managing smaller Windows based server environment (Windows 2013 server with Active Directory, Windows 7+ computers)
- Website building/maintenance SEO/SEM
- Exchange and SharePoint management
- Ability to research and learn quicklyPreferred Skills/Experience
- Basic Photo Editing
- Scripting (VBA a plus)
- Previous experience with small companies
