Position Summary: Our company is , based in Honolulu, Hawaii, is actively recruiting for an on-site Information Technology Manager. This position is responsible for day-to-day management of the IT department, including the coordination of ongoing network improvement projects. The IT Manager is responsible for supporting the company’s users with telecommunication and network applications
Duties and Responsibilities: The IT Manager must be able to perform the following:
Manage all aspects of the implementation and operation of the information and functional systems for the company, including multiple cloud based systems, network, phone systems and end-user computers.
Manage communications and working relationships between IT and other departments within the organizations as well as multiple outside IT services vendors
Provide help desk and technical services assistance to on-site and remote employees
Design, develop, implement, and coordinate policies and procedures for IT department. Assure compliance Standard Operating Procedures
Implement, maintain, and ensure maximum uptime for telephone system and network servers
Develop an annual IT budgets and schedules for information technology projects improvement and ensure cost effectiveness
Oversee the projects from conception to completion on schedule
Provide management and guidance for IT supports of desktop and thin client for end users
Carry out IT installation, implementations, configurations and other technical duties as required
Working with service provider to design an off-side backup co-location
Qualifications: To qualify for this position, an individual must be able to perform and meet the following listed knowledge and skills below:
BS in Computer Science, Management Information System or similar degree
Minimum 5 years working experiences as an IT manager or relevant experience
Experience with the following systems are preferred: VMware, Thin client, Palo Alto, Arctic Wolf, Cisco, Arista and Viewpoints
