DESCRIPTION:
An exciting opportunity with one of Hawaii's largest technology companies. Work within a local team environment with many opportunities to learn and grow in the technology industry.
DUTIES:
Diagnose and resolve computer hardware/software and network equipment problems.
Perform installation, repair and preventative maintenance to client's computers and peripherals.
Set up and configure new workstations, printers, routers, etc.
Install and update software, perform virus removals, clean up and tune systems.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience/Skills/Knowledge
Love for technology and a constant desire to learn about what is new in the IT field.
Experience repairing and working with computers.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills needed.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong problem solving, mathematical, visual and investigative skills with attention to detail.
Education/Skills
High school diploma required.
Proficiency setting up PC-based operating systems, applications and hardware.
NORMAL WORK HOURS:
Monday Friday from 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
