As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be both knowledgeable about our products and able to provide EXCELLENT customer service to locals and island visitors. Responsibilities:
Display product knowledge to customers.
Understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
Accurately process transactions.
Deliver a high level of customer service.
Monitor inventory and be able to alert management about potential inventory issues.
Accurately answer customer questions about store merchandise.
Be proactive in managing store operations.
Keeping up a clean & organized space
Must be on time, committed to the schedule, and have reliable transportation
Be available to work on the weekends
