We are seeking outgoing, self-motivated individuals with a passion for vintage & eclectic items, and a desire to help customers discover offerings that match their personal style. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be knowledgeable about our products and able to provide EXCELLENT customer service to locals and island visitors. If you're looking for a long term position with opportunities to grow and want to work in an environment surrounded by lush gardens , then this is the perfect opportunity for you. Retail experience or customer service preferred.
Pay is hourly rate + commission on sales. Store hours: TUE-SUN 10am-4pm
Responsibilities:
Share product knowledge with customers.
Accurately process monetary transactions.
Monitor inventory and be able to alert management about potential inventory issues.
Be proactive in managing store operations.
Keep up a clean & organized space
Must be on time, committed to the schedule, and have reliable transportation
Be available to work on the weekends
Non smoking
