Our By the Sea store in the Coconut Marketplace has an opening for a store manager. We are looking for an inspired and outgoing person with a successful retail sales and manager background. The Coconut Marketplace is coming alive after a major renovation. The center is adding eateries and retail all the time. Now is a great time to come on board with us as we grow. This is full time position that would require excellent sales skills, the ability to work with and maintain a small sales team also maintain inventory control with an eye for merchandising display.
Our compensation consists of a competitive hourly, plus commission on personal sales (no-cap), and monthly bonuses for attaining and exceeding sales goals. Paid vacation after one continuous year of employment, paid holidays, major medical and dental, flex plan, and employee discounts in all our Immanuel Enterprise stores.
