Company: Kelly ServicesLocation: Kahului, MauiPay Rate: $20/hrJob Summary:As a Retail Sales Merchandiser a, you will play a crucial role in adjusting and setting shelves for merchandise in assigned retail stores located in Kahului, Maui. This position involves working independently as well as part of a team, traveling to assigned retail locations to perform merchandise resets.Key Responsibilities:- Install, adjust, and set shelves, moving grocery products in retail stores across an assigned marketplace.- Utilize layouts or plan-o-grams to arrange merchandise on shelves effectively.- Cover routes as needed for Sales associates, restock shelves, and place orders to replenish supplies.- Collaborate with store representatives and supervisors to enhance service quality, responding to requests and feedback promptly.- Monitor product freshness, rotate stock based on expiration schedules, and maintain high standards of store presentation.- Submit weekly reports summarizing tasks and achievements.- Travel is required for this position.Work Environment:- Office setting with temperatures between 65°F and 75°F.- Store environments in grocery warehouses with temperatures ranging from 50°F to 90°F.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Strong customer service orientation, basic math, and reading skills.- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.- Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.- A valid driver's license and a clear driving record.
