Local Surf/Skate Shop Hiring
Quality Surfboards Hawaii and Big Skate Waikiki are looking for a few awesome retail associates to join the "Stoke Broker" team who are enthusiastic, personable, and self-motivating that can provide accurate product information and help customers in the purchasing process.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and comfortable with sales is a must!
- Cash register experience and computer proficiency
- Must be able to take initiative during down time
- Flexible schedule necessary to open/close shop, including nights, weekends, holidays
- Must Love to surf/skate and have a basic knowledge of boards and accessories
- You don't have to rip but you do have to love it, beginners welcome!
- Knowledge of the island
- Knowledge in social media, marketing, graphics, or photo shop a major plus. not required.

- Reliable and punctual

- Strong organizational and follow up skills with an attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, self starter that can work with minimal guidance and a strong sense of ambition.
- Ability to work with others while building a team oriented environment
- Ability to think strategically, take direction and formulate plans for improvement
- Ability to collect and analyze data for continued process improvement
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel (Great, but not required)
