POSITION SUMMARY
The Retail Supervisor has a key leadership role within the store and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. This position requires a combination of managerial, customer service, and organizational skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the store. The primary objective of a Retail Supervisor is to drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and maintain a productive and motivated team.
OBJECTIVES
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding the products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Actively listen to customers and offer appropriate recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves and displays.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and exchanges.

- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as per the store's schedule.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Must be 18 years old
- Thrives in a customer-first-based retail environment
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to safely climb a ladder.
- Moving and standing for long periods of time.
- Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, and moving items up to 45lbs.
Schedule:
- Must be available 5 days a week
- Must be available evenings and weekends
