The property has secured entryways, a camera system, recently modernized elevators, and an electronic fire alarm/sprinkler system. The 76-unit complex situated in Chinatown is a clean, well-maintained project with a great staff and resident community.

Seeking a professional who is able to collaborate and communicate effectively; has good analytical skills; and makes fair and smart decisions. The position entails 70% administrative/management work and 30% project/maintenance oversight.

Candidates must be able to function competently and independently while meeting objectives and deadlines; highly organized and good at multi-tasking; detail-oriented and time efficient; and policy and procedure driven. Must have a positive leadership style; good supervisory skills; and desire to work with a diversity of people.

Looking for candidates with:

- At least three years of facilities management and supervisory experience.

- Strong verbal communication skills with individuals and before groups; evidence of competent business writing ability; excellent listening skills; and good retention.

- A history of positive and productive relationships; the ability to foster good team dynamics.

- The ability to plan, prioritize, and keep track of all responsibilities and tasks.

- An aptitude for accurately handling compliance and other paperwork.

- Good knowledge of basic accounting (accounts payable/receivable, budgeting).

- Effectiveness in use of Word, Excel, Outlook, database and other computer applications.

- Knowledge of landlord/tenant code, Section 8.
