Property Manager

A well-established real estate firm is looking for a driven individual to perform hands-on portfolio management of diversified properties. Duties include oversee physical maintenance of assets, lease administration, tenant and client relations, vendors bidding and selection, financial reporting, budget preparation, and supervision of assistants. Must possess excellent computer skills (Microsoft excel, word, outlook). Minimum 3 years property management or real estate experience, Hawaii real estate license, business degree desired.
