Key Responsibilities:
- Listing and selling items on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace.
- Organizing and cleaning the house, maintaining an orderly environment.
- Managing and executing errands such as grocery shopping, vehicle maintenance (oil changes, car washes, fueling), and other tasks as needed.
- Coordinating and meeting with buyers for the sale of items.
- Meal prep (simple meals) according to specified dietary preferences.
- Additional tasks may be assigned based on skills and experience.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable with technology, specifically for online sales and communication.
- Prior experience in an assistant role is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle physical tasks involved in cleaning and organizing.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor for interacting with buyers and conducting transactions.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- High level of discretion and respect for privacy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Work Schedule:
- Part-time, with flexible hours based on agreed-upon schedule. Approximately 15-20 hours per week.
