bringing the highest level of service and marketing to home buyers and sellers.

Coldwell Banker Island Properties is a full-service real estate company with over 360 sales associates throughout Maui.

Coldwell Banker Island Properties is seeking a full-time Transaction Coordinator. This position will be an integral part of our branch offices' success and business model. It will require flexibility in supporting multiple business operations and the ability to stay organized. The position requires the ability to handle and manage multiple tasks/projects.

Responsibilities:

Provides excellent customer service professionally and courteously.

Agent support to handle residential transactions from contract through closing.

Responsible for keeping the entire team updated on the progress of all contracts

Database management

Proficient typing skills and knowledge of all MS Office applications - Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Assist team members with other duties as necessary/required

Record-keeping skills

Basic Skills/Qualifications:

Preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in an administrative environment and one to two years prior administrative experience. One to two years of real estate operations or sales experience including customer service positions.

Must have excellent judgment capabilities with strong organizational skills due to the complex and highly regulatory nature of various areas of real estate.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Customer service orientation - must enjoy working with and serving people

Quick learner of real estate-specific applications

Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to establish priorities and execute on or before deadlines

Must be able to work independently to achieve office objectives while maintaining open and regular communication with Area Office Support Manager

Able to work effectively in a team environment

Able to think logically and apply good reasoning and judgment skills
