RESERVATION AGENT

Duties and Responsibilities:

- responsible for scheduling and confirmations, checking emails and faxes, answering phones regarding reservations and questions, customer check in and completion of reports.

- able to handle customer questions, communicates with customers, handles service problems politely and efficiently, always available for customers, follows procedure to solve customer problems, understands company products and services, maintains pleasant and professional image.

Training is provided.

OFFICE CLERK

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Daily enter key data of financial transactions.

- Provide assistance and support to company personnel.

- Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.

- Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.

- Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.

- Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.

- Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.

- Sorts incoming mail and delivers to appropriate department or individual; processes outgoing mail.

- Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically.

- Manages calendars and schedules appointments.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Clerical experience is preferred but not required.

Accounting background is a plus.
