JPB Engineering Inc. is looking for a person to assist our firm with receptionist and other office administrative duties. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule (30-40 hour work week). We are looking to have the position filled as soon as possible.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Must be able to type 40 WPM with minimal mistakes
-Have basic skills within the Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
-Professional and friendly phone etiquette
-Ability to transition from various tasks and prioritize
-Be organized and detail-oriented
-Previous office experience needed
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answers and routes incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
-Takes and relays messages
-Accepts and processes checks
-Data Entry
-Generate monthly billing and apply payments accordingly
-Follow-up with Account Receivables
-Provides general administrative and clerical support (e.g. draft proposals, correspondence, reports and other documents)
-Assists with many other administrative tasks for other staff members
-Straightens and maintains reception area and storage room
-Filing
-Ordering of office supplies
-Marketing tasks and follow ups
-Other administrative duties may be assigned
