Photonworks Engineering LLP, a Photovoltaic & Electrical Design & Contracting, Energy Management Planning, Sustainable Development & Construction Company, is looking for a motivated individual to work with our team to assist in day-to-day tasks needed to complete projects and keep the company moving forward. The position will focus on providing direct assistance & support for the operations department here on Oahu. The right qualified candidate will join our small team of dedicated professionals working to make our island home energy independent through the renewable energy field.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in managing project details:
o Project tracking/monitoring/closeout.
o Preparing utility interconnection applications and associated paperwork.
o Preparing building permit submittal, documents, and closeout.
Assist in tracking labor & staff resources;
o Process electronic & paper timecards and associated paperwork for submittal to the Accounting Department.
Assist in project procurement and associated paperwork as needed.
o General office tasks
Qualifications
Experience in the following:
o BA/BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems or in process, is preferred but not required.
o AutoCAD/QuickBooks/SmartSheets software is preferred but not required.
o Microsoft Office applications, CRM

Possess a valid driver’s license, and clean abstract.
