A local construction company is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities and ensuring smooth operations within the organization. Responsibilities include the followings:
Provide administrative support to project managers and team members.
Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
Conduct research and compile data as needed for projects.
Prepare invoices for projects and maintain accounts receivable.
Assist in preparing project proposals and tracking results.
Assist in contract review.
Prepare documents for new projects.
Assist the project team in planning and coordination of project requirements.
Support payroll and procurement.
Assist in preparing and maintaining RFIs, submittals, billing, and any project related documents.
Monitor deadlines and keep project calendar up to date.
Record keeping.
Communicate information between internal and external customers.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Ability to interact with various levels of management
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must have strong organization and time management skills, and the ability to self-motivate
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints and working effectively as a team player in a professional office environment
- Minimum high school diploma or GED with at least 5 years of experience
- College degree with 2 years of administration experience preferred.
- Construction industry background/experience preferred
