Assistant provides office support to Wedding Planner and other Business divisions. Their duties may include fielding telephone calls, word processing, creating spreadsheets and filing.
Additional duties include managing data in spreadsheets, organize inventory, schedule vendor and client meetings, research vendor and pricing options, and professional email writings. Business accounting knowledge helpful. Working events may be an additional option.
Duties and responsibilities may constantly change throughout the workday, so a good assistant should be adaptable to a changing environment.
Necessary skills:
-High End Customer Service Skills with friendly and professional demeanor.
-Strong computer and software skills, regular use of several computer applications to complete various tasks.
-Should be flexible thinker who is well-organized and able to retain information.
-Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules and office systems.
-The ability to work autonomously.
-Preferred knowledge or willing to learn quickbooks for accounting.
-Must have own car or mode of transportation.
-Working knowledge of Social media marketing.
