We are looking for an energetic, customer service-oriented individual to join our team at our premier self-storage facility in Kuakini, HI. Our company is seeking a Part-Time Office Associate that possesses great customer service skills, sales abilities to sell vacant self-storage units to new customers, as well be able to perform a variety of administrative duties including opening and closing the property front office and effective cash management.
Must be able to work Saturday’s.
Work schedule subject to change based on the facility's needs
Essential duties:
-Must be able to perform the company’s sales process
-Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by providing information about our facility.
-Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service
-Provide tenants with move-in assistance
Travel:
-Travel locally to make bank deposits, purchase office or other property supplies.
-Attend meetings off-site for the company training.
