A centrally located Homeowner’s Association comprising of 1,600 homes is looking to hire a qualified part time office administrator (between the hours of 9 am to 4 pm) to assist the Site Manager’s with the efficient operation of the Association by performing certain administrative and clerical tasks.
The Assistant reports directly to the Senior Site Manager and shall support the office staff as assigned. The assignment of tasks may change over time with the possibility of being promoted from within.
The position requires patience and the need to be sensitive to Owner(s) and residents needs. Attention to detail and completion of tasks must be performed and completed in a timely manner.
Competitive pay will commensurate upon experience of the applicant. Health insurance benefits are included.
