The HRA Association Administrator - is the main point of contact for the Hawaii Restaurant Association and will provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to daily communications. The position is remote, although must be based on Oahu for in-person meetings and events.

This hybrid position is as an Independent Contractor (no medical insurance), the schedule is Monday -> Friday mornings preferably from 8 am. You must be located in Oahu, HI, for some weekends and in-person meetings and events on a case-by-case basis, which will be prearranged & agreed on.

Handle requests and queries appropriately and on time

Receive calls, take messages, and route correspondence

Act as the point of contact between the public, the Board of Directors, our members, and internal/external clients

Attention to detail

Maintain calendar, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders

Working knowledge of Google Docs and Google Drive

Golf Tournament & Event Planning experience is very helpful

Familiarity with Zoom and Constant Contact

Ability to perform social media posting to FB, IG, Twitter, LinkedIn

Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

Maintain efficient documentation and filing system in Google Drive

Ability and familiarity with remote work

Professional demeanor

Proven experience as an Virtual Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, Event Planner or in other admin positions

Your own cell phone

Your own laptop

Your own WiFi access

Produce reports, presentations and briefs

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Proficiency in English

Exemplary planning and time management skills

Up to date with advancements in office equipment, software and applications

Ability to multitask, prioritize, quick thinker & be flexible

High-level verbal and written communication skills

Discretion and confidentiality

Must have an automobile to run errands, and make deliveries and pickups.

Hours: 8 am till noon. 20 hours per week.

Salary commensurate with experience

Range $18 to $22 per hour

Checks will be processed and issued once a month after the last working day of each month. Processing will happen on the 3rd working day of the following month and an eCheck will be mailed to you.
