No experience needed. Front Office staff involves ensuring guests are fully satisfied with their stay. This requires excellent communication, customer service, and a willingness to go above and beyond for guests. If a guest has a question or problem, they should be able to approach front office and receive assistance. Front Office staff are the first point of contact in said organization. They need to provide administrative support, manage inquiries, and perform office tasks to ensure that the company's front office is functioning properly. Need to have friendly attitude, willing to learn, and strong attention to detail. Front Office must be able to communicate with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments.
Being a smaller, individually owned property, our main goal is to give guests the best budget friendly accommodations and services while keeping our "Vintage Hawai'i Feel". We have cultural artifacts and information in our main lobby for guests to view and inquire about a "cultural talk story session" provided by our General Manager. These artifacts and information educate guests on what Kaua'i felt like back in the 1960's-1970's.
