Job Description:
Responsibilities include answering phone calls, customer service, appointment scheduling, and sending out correspondence by email or fax.
Requirements:
Prior administrative and computer experience required. Must be organized, deadline driven and have the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
Hours:
Hours of operation Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
3 days a week, 4-6 hours per day. Hours and days worked is flexible.
Pay Rate:
$15.00 per hour.
