We are a 64 unit Apartment building with 35 self storages located near Kihei Bay. Seeking a full-time office clerk for our onsite property office. Hours are M-F 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible to receive Tenant calls, emails, and walk-ins during office hours
Receive Bi-Monthly collection reports of arrears, ensure Tenant accounts are current
Working with the Brokers office, resolve Tenant Ledger questions and disputes.
Receive Requests for repair and work with Broker on maintenance estimates and approvals.
Schedule maintenance, ensuring quality work and timely repairs.
Facilitate Tenant document distribution and secure signatures
Open door for Brokers showing of vacant units
Collect prospective Tenants Application and documents for Broker office
Prepare and mail out all documents to Broker office each Friday
The successful candidate must possess:
Excellent written and oral communications
Customer service orientated background
Proficient skills in MS Office and Email
Good work habits, highly organized, detailed, neat in appearance, and reliable
Ability to pass a drug screen and Background check
Wage: $18.00 per hour
