Auto Body Repair Shop looking for an Office Clerk. Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Health Insurance and Retirement Benefits.
A typical day may include some of the following:
Customer service
Data entry
Organizes and files records and documents
Ordering and checking in parts
Updating paperwork and maintaining documents
Organizing and maintaining office common areas
Performing general office clerk duties and errands
Vehicle check-in and check-out processes
Accounts Receivable
All training will be provided.
Requirements:
Warm personality with strong communication skills
Ability to work well under limited supervision
Team player
Great communication skills
