We are a busy Janitorial company seeking 2 more employees to assist in our Office.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Emailing and Calling Customers in a timely manner
-Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
-Maintaining files
-Ensuring the office runs smoothly
-Setting up appointments and meetings
-Scheduling Employees
-Create and Update records
-Sort and DistributeWork Orders
-Keeping track of all Work Orders
-Resolve customer and/or employees complaints
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
-Excellent Organization and Time Management Skills
-Thorough understanding of management procedures
-Fast Learner
-Must be reliable
