The Kalia Apartments is a unique cooperative apartment dwelling in Waikiki, and we are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented administrator for our Residential office. Reporting to the Resident Manager, this essential role supports the operations of our management office, connects with our staff and residents on-site, and ensures efficient interactions with vendors and partners.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist the Resident Manager across all factors of Property, Records, Personnel, and Community, including:
Resident concerns and questions during regular office hours
Data records, including current contracts, vendor approvals, and licenses
Property projects
Communications, including correspondence, flyers, reports, board meetings, and resident updates
Scheduling and logistics for contractors and service providers
Digitizing and organizing archives
