Legal Secretary/Clerk/Legal Assistant
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch)
Payrate: 20/hour

Job Duties:
- Litigation and conveyancing experience
- Maintain calendars and schedules for several attorneys (meetings, interviews, depositions, and court appearances)
- Preparation, finalizing, filing, and serving court documents including on-line filing with various courts and Bureau of Conveyances
- Preparing and filing business documents at proper agencies
- Client file maintenance (filing, tickling, docketing, and calendaring)
- Occasional receptionist relief
- Other general secretarial/clerical duties as required
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be proficient in using a computer (Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Impressive communication skills
- Attention to detail, keen observations skills
- Multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
