An Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels by tracking stock, placing orders, managing deliveries, identifying discrepancies, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders, and supporting the operational and administrative needs of the organization. This role requires a proactive individual who can juggle multiple priorities while ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the inventory process.
The position is located in an industrial environment. Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory and Record-Keeping:
o Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels and track goods in warehouse and database system.
o Ensure all records of stored items are accurate and up-to-date.
o Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
o Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.
2. Receiving Merchandise:
o Manage warehouse inventory and coordinate the distribution of goods.
o Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, checking for accuracy in quantity and quality, and reporting any discrepancies.
o Collaborate with the purchasing and accounting team to gather and process paperwork for accuracy.
