Minimum Qualifications:
Skilled in data entry with accuracy and follow up
Office experience (preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry)
Ability to communicate effectively (reading, writing, conversing)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
Requirements:
Essential ADP data entry
Recruiting follow up
Maintaining employee records and reports
Background checks, employment verification
Assisting with the necessary functions of bi-weekly payroll
Tracking retail reporting and training schedules
Organizing all activities within the HR department and other assigned duties as required
