About the role:
You will be responsible for accurate data entry (proficiency in Excel), file maintenance, and record keeping.
Job Type: Part-time, 12-20 hours/week (potential increase to full time)
Pay: $18/hr
Location: Kalihi/Dillingham
Schedule: Flexible (morning to afternoon)

SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION:
Data entry into Excel spreadsheets
Run reports in Quickbooks to update reports (will be trained)
Update Inventory Spreadsheets
Occasional errands to pick up supplies, etc
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience data entry/admin work preferred
Minimum intermediate level Experience in Microsoft Excel required
Experience in Microsoft Word and Outlook preferred
Previous experience in QuickBooks preferred (will train)
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
Reliable vehicle to run errands and drive between offices helpful but not required
Warm, friendly, flexible, positive attitude
